2. Interview
process
Our recruitment team will review your application and, if shortlisted, you'll be invited for our agency interviews. We will undertake the following:

3. Reference
checks
Successful candidates will undergo reference checks to verify qualifications and work history. Here’s what we will check for:
Minimum of 2 professional references
These references should be of persons you have directly reported to

4. Client submission and interview
Our recruitment team will review your application and, if shortlisted, you'll be invited for our agency interviews. We will undertake the following:

5. Final background check verification
As a final step, all our candidates undergo rigorous background checks to ensure a secure and reliable work environment which include:
National, state, and criminal searches
Eligibility to work in the United States and tracing SSN

6. Onboarding
If selected, we'll onboard you with orientation sessions covering company values, payroll processes, and paperwork, while making sure you are comfortable every step of the way. We will:
Conduct check ins with you to support you
Facilitate a kickoff call between you and our client
Support you throughout your onboarding phase
