Becoming A My Family Lounge Assistant

1. Initial application
and review
Complete our online application form. Here’s what we will need from you:

2. Agency Interview
Our recruitment team will review your application and, if shortlisted, you'll be invited to participate in our agency interview process. Here’s what you can expect:
Phone Screen
Video Interview
Skill Assessment
3. Client submission and interview
If you're a strong fit for a client’s role, we’ll present your profile for consideration. The client decides who to interview and whether to extend an offer, based on:
Alignment with the role and responsibilities
Relevant experience and qualifications
Personality and communication style
4. Reference checks
Once an offer is extended by the client, we’ll run at least two professional reference checks with former supervisors to confirm:
Technical and interpersonal skills
Reliability and communication style
Accuracy of work history
5. Final background check verification
As a final step before hiring, all candidates must pass a comprehensive background check to ensure a safe and reliable work environment. This includes:
National, state, and local criminal history
SSN trace and eligibility to work in the U.S.
Motor vehicle report
Sex offender and global watchlist screening

6. Onboarding
As you begin your new role, our team will provide comprehensive support to ensure a smooth transition for both you and the client:
Facilitate a kickoff call between you and the client
Guide you through payroll setup and key systems
Check in regularly to support you in your new role
